Choosing someone to do something in your home is so stressful, and I spent over 9 months getting quotes and making the decision and thank goodness, I made the absolute right one with Grand! What mattered to me in my choice was: 1. A proper written, costed quote: Guy and Nicole provided very professional quotes, easy to understand what work would be undertaken and everything very transparent, updating it when things changed. Such a difference to the text messages I got with just a list of things they might do from others! 2. Communication: Nicole is fantastic, so professional and polite, and even sent a reply from holiday! I was kept informed from initial enquiry through to payment and had 100% confidence 3. Consideration in my home: having strangers in your home can be very intrusive and not very nice, but Guy was absolutely lovely and so considerate (even taking his shoes off every time he came in and out), making sure everything was covered and tidying up at the end of each day. They have just completed an amazing wet room for my elderly father. Guy has gone above and beyond to start and finish the job so my Dad can access a downstairs bathroom.
